Gutters on Alpharetta's newer, larger homes
Just north of Roswell, much of Alpharetta's housing went up in the 1990s and 2000s: two- and three-story homes with steep pitches, multiple gables and plenty of square footage under one roof. That shapes what their gutters need:

Many Alpharetta homes sit in HOA communities. For cleaning and like-for-like repairs, that rarely matters. For a new gutter color or profile, larger downspouts on the front of the house, or guards visible from the street, some associations want an architectural request first. Trees: fewer, but still enough
Newer Alpharetta subdivisions often have less mature canopy than older Roswell neighborhoods, but many backed up to wooded buffers, creek corridors or common areas that are now full-grown. Do guards make sense here?
On a three-story home where each cleaning is a big ladder job, guards can reduce trips, especially under hardwoods.
